Twin Towers Print Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee all of our products to be free from defects in workmanship. Refunds or replacements will be offered, at our sole discretion, for items determined to be defective. Please read the information on this page, and contact us at: admin@twintowersprint.com.

Digital Proofing:
Customer is responsible for proofreading business name, address, phone number, email, and all design elements, before approving digital proofs. Our digital proofing process helps to prevent design errors. We ask that you examine your proof files carefully, to ensure that everything is correct before your order is committed to production. Twin Towers Print will correct any issues brought to our attention during the design and proofing stages. When order status changes to ‘Production’, we can no longer accept changes.

Shipping Damage:
When you receive your shipment, please inspect the package for damage. Please pass these instructions to any agent or employee receiving the shipment on your behalf. If there is serious damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse delivery or document the damage immediately with a digital camera. Damaged packages may require filing a claim with the shipper. After documenting the damage, contact us as quickly as possible, at 877-625-1283 or admin@twintowersprint.com.

Defective Hardware Products:
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Do not return hardware products without prior authorization and an RMA number. For any issues with defective hardware such as frames, stands, and accessories, please take a digital photograph of the defect and contact us immediately for further instructions. If you don’t have a digital camera or smartphone available to take a photograph, please prepare the item for return shipment, and contact us with your order# and a description of the issue at 877-625-1283 or admin@twintowersprint.com.

Print Defects:
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Do not return printed products without prior authorization and an RMA number. If there is a defect in the print you receive, we are sorry! Please describe the issue and send a digital photograph along with your order# to: admin@twintowersprint.com. If no digital camera or smartphone is available, please prepare the item for return shipment and await our RMA number. We will contact you with further information regarding your refund or replacement.

Twin Towers Print and its parent, affiliates,and subsidiaries, shall in no circumstances be held liable for any damages exceeding the original purchase price paid by customer. Service is offered with limited liability and express limited warranty. Twin Towers Print reserves the right to reject claims determined to be inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent.
